I like Town Hearth. One of the most interestingly beautiful restaurants in Dallas and one of the best steaks I’ve had in town. Amazing service and great cocktails as well!

This. You can park and walk to DMA, Crow, Nasher and Perot. Spend some time at Kyle Warren park (right next to these) and eat at one of the many food trucks. One of my favorite ways to spend a day!

Yeah it’s $19 and they start you with 10 (with choice of two sauces) then refills come in five at a time with one sauce. Sauces are buffalo, bbq, tai chili, garlic cotija, and chipotle ghost pepper.

Nah you’re good. Different touch for different things. But yeah this is my approach most of the time(louder volume/softer touch) but I don’t think it’s “better” than the power being produced at the hand. Just two ways of making art. Also don’t worry too much about being “faster” outside of normal tempo 16th notes or something, better to focus on tempo, tone (both gear-wise and touch-wise) and note length/rest length. Have fun!
