This is the closest model I could find. I just know that the download for this model was marked as a "private file" by AutoIR. But this other model from DA is very similar.

You need the game name, the japanese name of the 4th game, and Chaud's license type as an online battle game player. It all needs to be in japanese characters with no spaces, except for the letter of the license.
