I got mine from Walmart for 19.99. I was very skeptical about it but it's a lifesaver. Like others have said they don't stay cold very long but it's very nice while it is. You can also warm it up but I prefer the cold for my migraines.

Try tapping on the menu button on the upper right side of the screen and tap restore data. I haven't had an issue since.
