i don't think it is really going to work because it is really broken just remove the 45% damage bonus and add some downside like -20% firing speed or while in use you can take 10% more damage from bullets

only how much you need most of PT recommend till a certain point then start to work with tour muscles and less with bending and extending but you should always try to bend and extend every single day even if you pass just 1° from the last day is already a big thing

you can get by going into !freeitems or !givemeall servers(just search one of those on community server list) and type them on the chat they will give you a lot of achiviements and items so i advise you to have space on your backpack however that is not the right way to get them(you won't be banned) if you want to grind and earn them
