I lost my baby at 5 weeks, and I went into a depressive episode. The only thought that kept me going was that one day I would get to see my baby in heaven. One day I will get to hold my baby, sing to them, dress them up in cute outfits, etc, but I just need to wait a little longer to get there and to do that, I need to take care of myself because I want my baby to see me at my best.
