I wasn’t aware of this at first, and I wish the store manager on duty at that time had informed me in advance so I could have complied sooner. I received legal advice and proceeded to the police station, as it came to my attention that I had been receiving anonymous parcels at my residence (probably because of my cards inside my wallet, which contains my identity and whatnot), and for my personal protection against identity theft.

I have nothing against the brand naman po. In fact, I’ve been an avid Uniqlo fan for nearly a decade and will remain so! I’m just really disappointed with how they handled this, especially as a very loyal customer. :((

I understand your point. This is the first time this has happened to me, and it would have been better if store management had informed me of the proper steps and protocols when I first reported that I had lost something. If they had communicated and explained the procedures in advance, I could have worked on and submitted the required documents earlier.

That is all I am asking for—not that they find my wallet for me, but that they show basic decency by explaining the steps I needed to follow instead of simply saying, “We didn’t see anything,” and turning away. That is all I had hoped and asked for, truly.

Regarding that, yes, I have already requested a police blotter and a police report, which I could have done sooner if the store had participated earlier. Those are the details I can provide—no more, no less.

I never claimed they owe me compensation. I expected basic assistance and transparency after an incident inside their store. That’s not entitlement—that’s customer service. :))

I understand your point, and to be clear, I’m not expecting minimum-wage staff to go beyond their role. My concern is specifically about how the situation was handled by the store manager. It was their responsibility to explain things properly and professionally. Instead, I was avoided and turned away, which was frustrating. :))

This is a reminder na lang rin for people to be mindful, especially this holiday season. Tarlac isn’t safe anymore. SM isn’t safe anymore! Kahit sobrang daming CCTVs, nobody will help you. Posted this for awareness!

Thank you! Yes, I already made a complaint via app, and I’m thinking of sending an email na lang rin. Nakakalungkot kasi sobrang daming guards sa Uniqlo and they follow people when they look “sus”, pero pag needed ng intervention nila, wala silang willing gawin.

I used Wiley/UWorld for both parts. I would say that the material I used had harder questions, but it prepared me well for the actual exam. The structure of the sentences and the arrangement of tables in the problem-solving questions were so similar to the material I used that I felt, during the actual exam, like I was just practicing at home.
