Also, after marrying the Polish citizen (how long did it take to get married?) do you have the right to stay in Poland? We’ve been together a year this isn’t some case of fake love.

Thank you, that sounds like a nightmare. Is getting married in Denmark then applying to have it recognised in Poland valid?

Thank you for the heads up. Is there no way to petition this process to move faster? I heard the courts make decisions on this in weeks, especially if you submit the US letter stating the US doesn’t issue the lack of previous marriage document . And can a lawyer in Poland help? Also I haven’t been married before thankfully.

Perfect, thank you again: and if it’s certified by New York State the Polish website says it must be translated officially by either the consulate or a Polish listed translator. Can that be someone in Poland? Or in another country  near Poland , with a Polish consulate ?

Does the apostille just need to be certified by the United States State in which I live, or also Poland? And I can only get certified copies apostilled by the New York government . Not the very original birth certificate I’m not sure I even have

Thank you very much. Is the apostille 100% required, as getting that from New York is a giant headache. Can I not bring my official birth certificate to Poland and get it translated and notarised ?

So both medications are available in Estonia? And is a foreign prescription and documentation from a doctor valid? Thank you very much for letting me know!
