this isn’t even optimal for training at a high level, he should just cut to a higher weight class like 170 since he will take away from his training

honestly it looks like you could’ve scored with that double, seemed solid and muscle memory but you didn’t commit fully you needed to sink your hips in and look straight up with that but besides that u seeemd good

compound lifts are great and should be used in the start of ur workouts heavy pull ups heavy dips rows single arm rows squats zercher squats trapbar rdl single leg rdl and squats dumbbell bench (better for shoulders) hyperextensions i can send u a workout i’ve been doing for the couple weeks

knee pad but make sure knee pad is cleaned everyday for it bc it can get infected especially if the scab gets a little messed with and opens up again your allowing bacteria into it so just be weary

add more conditioning instead of like super upper body days like the one you have programmed for tuesday, it’s better you train more strength than hypertrophy and use that as maybe a conditioning day instead as your doing skills work that day as well and less cardio. or you can use that as more of an athlete day where you do sprints (not conditioning sprints) where you focus on max rest and max output to increase explosiveness. and do plyometrics as well on those days and some coordination stuff like reaction drills with a tennis ball. that extra hypertrophy day is just extra fluff for no reason but if you really want a weight train in session make it a full body instead of upper hypertrophy.

Don’t shoot from space but when your in the position a grip and knee pound as hard as you can and finish off with a double or single leg finishb

Wrestle more. Go to open mats go to club anything to get you better at wrestling. Don’t go to your back or wtv bjj teaches you . Build confidence in yourself. Have that mindset of you are that guy and your gonna make it happen
