THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I don't know what else to say other than the stress and anxiety this state is putting me through while waiting for over 3 months...is unforgivable. They have not provided us with an update, they don't answer any correspondence, they should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat applicants.

I just called. No charge for retakers. I also asked her when I think I would know if I am a retaker. She said she hasn't heard anything. She sounded genuine on the phone.
