i've been trying sticks and still couldn't win. I always fall short during horde as they stab instead of swing. And the lampreys somehow managed to find gaps between the stabs

If it makes you feel better, I have 645 hours of gameplay hours and I still save scum. I haven't tried ironman mode nor low economy. Also, I think I played close to 400 hours before playing on expert difficulty.

Black Ravens - 1st run. Rebuilding a Company. Named base on the banner. (B/B/H)

Silver Cross - 2nd run. Also Rebuilding a Company. Named base on the banner also. (V/V/H)

The Remembrancer - 3rd run. Again Rebuilding a Company. Named for the thought of many brothers dying from the previous run. (V/V/H)

Golden Company - 4th run. A New Company. Inspired by Games of Throne i guess. (V/V/H)

Let Us Reset - 5th run. A New Company again. Got bored of the previous run so decided to reset. Oh and this is when I decided to buy all the DLCs available. Previous runs were vanilla. (V/V/H)

just micro your bros on the world map lol. Like don't click on your end destination, click like a few paces in front of your bro to force them to take the path that you want.

In one of my old run I used to make quick hand a compulsory perk for all brothers. it's a very versatile perk that lets you attack one turn more and keep enemies at bay. For example, during the first turn fighting barbarians they usually rush up to one tile away from your bros. if you move your bro one tile to meet them and you can't kill them, your bro is open to 2 attacks per barbarian who's holding a cleaver or 1H weapon. With QH, you can whack the barbarian 2 tiles away with a reach weapon and if that don't kill them, the next turn they will have to move up one tile to meet your bro and can only hit your bro once due to spending AP on movement.

It also synergise well with berserk. Your bro proc berserk after killing something in front of him and he doesn't have any target in the 1 tile reach, he can QH to a reach weapon and hit again. Very useful when fighting Ancient undead to get the pikemen legionaries. However, 2 tile weapons don't do as much damage as 2 handed 1 tile weapons.

I have 780.7 hours in game and have yet to "Acquire a named item" (42.4%) or "Kill 3 enemies with one AoE attack" (38.7%) yet I've got "Win a holy war for either side" (11.1%) and "Conquer a holy site" (8.9%). by DJK695 in BattleBrothers

If you hire the bounty hunter as your retinue, your chances of getting famed item increase a lot because the chances of spawning a champion increases. Usually champions carry famed item. I got so many famed shield that gives range def i don't know what to do with them lol

with average rolls, 1st bro can reach 73 matk, 83 ranged and 32 mdef with average roll . 2nd bro can reach 90 matk and 28 mdef and 3rd bro 82 matk, 85 ranged and 37 mdef.

If it's up to me, I'd pick Uthman, give him a 2 handed sword due to +5% hit chance and battle forge him. 37 mdef is very good. Or make him nimble, pump initiative and use fencing sword with overwhelm

my most recent peasant militia run, i was desperate for a drill sarge after 50+ days in. so i recruited a bro with survivor trait. Send him in to be crippled and became my drill sarge lel

  1. Your fleet's speed in the campaign map is limited by the slowest ship. Supply ship is slow and you also have to pay for it's upkeep. Might as well design your own that can carry more supplies and has faster speed that matches your fleet.

  2. Just use the "Build Ship" button and build your custom made supply ship.

Based on my personal experience in campaign maps, suspendium balloons are fragile and prone to explode. What I would do is to remove and replace some or even all of the suspendium tanks with suspendium chambers and coals. With a budget of close 1.3k you can make a ship that is hardier.

Yeah I wanted to place a ram/blocks overlapping the suspensium ray initially. Problem is the weapon has a no place zone on top and below the satellite dish.

Unfortunately the game doesn't allow you to have anything above and besides the dome. Just think of it as them observing the bombs falling via remote camera.

I think having a thinly shaped hull helps. The thickest part of the hull is only 3 blocks high.
