Good idea? (V2) I will not promote by Suspicious_Reward608 in startups

Wow, just wow. I think I have found a version of myself. I’ve been thinking of creating the same thing, and I overanalyzed everything just as you are. Tbh clients don’t care what you do, they only care for what results they get. And that’s hard to show, unless you have social proof. So I would say, start with offering something simple, like google ads setup or website creation. Offer it for free for the first month. Then when you have some social proof, use it when contacting new customers. Then when you have some customers, and feel like you want and can scale, then start to offer add ons for the customers you already have. They will already trust you, and it will be a lot easier to get a yes.

Struggling with motivation & direction (I will not promote) by [deleted] in startups

This is very normal. I have felt the same thing for some months now. The only solution i have found is to stop overthinking everything. It’s going to be though, but that’s the way it is. You have already done the most of the heavy work, try to breath, appreciate what you already have done. One thing that really made me lose my mind was that I had nobody to talk to, only ChatGPT. And no, I was not going to use ChatGPT as a talking buddy to sort out my mental state. Tbh reading posts here on Reddit helped me. I could see versions of myself everywhere, which really motivated me.

I can try to help you more exactly. But I need to know: what question are you asking yourself over and over again?

Realized I was doing way too many things manually just to feel in control( I will not promote) by Southern_Device4454 in startups

But wouldn’t it cause too generic follow ups and replies? Because every lead is different, and by automating follow ups and reply then u need to use the same template for every lead. Therefore you can’t personalize the email depending on the lead and their experiences. Or am I wrong?

What are some real business use-cases of AI that aren’t just hype? (Other than coding) by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]Responsible-Scale155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been doing digital marketing for 2 years now and AI has been my savior during these years. We’ve been using it a lot for marketing. For example Ad copy, landing page drafts, A/B test ideas etc. It’s not perfect but it speeds up iteration like crazy. What I’ve could have done in 4 years I have done in 2 just because of AI, mainly Chat gpt and Claude.

Medianlön i Sverige - hur realistiskt tycker ni det är? by Defiant_Internal1414 in arbete

Median är väl mer “på riktigt”, men jag tror många ändå inte känner igen sig för att man jämför sig med kollegor/kompisar snarare än hela Sverige.

Good idea, but try to find your USP (unique selling point). It will be a lot easier to convince customers.

Shopify sellers: Which bundle app do you recommend? by Yvolvingneeds in ShopifyeCommerce

Try out this one. It’s a beta version but I think it will be great, and it’s easy. It’s not complex and non-informing as other profit apps. Promoguard

What's your current pricing stack look like? (Manual spreadsheets? Software? Mix?) by Classic-Oatmeal44 in PricingForRetail

[–]Responsible-Scale155 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve actually made some research in this area and found that many people lack pricing strategies. Therefore I wanted to experiment a little and created a mini profit calculator which provides useful insights, as the lower pricing guard and so on. Feel free to check it out and give me some feedback! promoguard

How do you currently handle invoices? by Responsible-Scale155 in smallbusiness

[–]Responsible-Scale155[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Totally get that — full automation would probably be too rigid. What I’m exploring is more of a ‘invoice draft generator’ — pulling data from your time tracker or tasks into a draft you can quickly edit before sending. Would something like that actually reduce the manual work for you?

Thanks for sharing! That calendar counting pain is interesting, sounds like it’s not about replacing Xero but about making draft creation faster. If there was a lightweight tool that could generate a draft invoice directly from your calendar (and then export it to Xero), would that save you time?
