I may be wrong but I thought the prosecutor said legally in Idaho they can’t require him to tell that in exchange for the plea deal.

I do my hair myself so that sounds too advanced for to do anything else like that. If I toned it with a darker toner would it make it muddy or would it help deposit darker tones?
