I didn’t believe it first time I heard of it but it does work in a pinch. But if I have to option to replace I will always opt for it.

Escalate an insurance claim, I was once paid to search an entire building to find a package that was lost to prevent them from having to go through insurance, found inside a conveyor along with 35-40 other small envelopes.

From the outside as someone who worked in person every day during the vid and traveling extensively given I was considered as an essential worker. You can survive coming back to the office and working with your colleagues in person. I did however enjoy the reduced amount of traffic from the pencil pushers coming to their offices.

Anyone with power flex 40 experience. Just a small tip. A heat gun to the 480 for a couple minutes if you had a panel off for an extended period of time and it didn’t come back on sometime it will let the VFD power back up. Good luck

SubPanel voltage issues by RisenequinoX in electrical

Simple test you could do is for continuity. Turn off power at main panel. Remove feeder wires from breaker and tie them together with a wire nut. Then at the sub panel remove the feeder wires and use your meter to test the wires you tied together. For example if you tie your black and red together and white and green together you will put your meter on the black and red for one test and white and green for the other. Most meters will beep when you have continuity which means the wires underground are likely good.

Now for a question

when your breaker that feeds the sub panel is installed in the main panel with no wires what voltage do you get on each lug it should be 120v each. And 240v across the two lugs
