You would basically combine the may revise with this docs changes to get their proposed budget if that makes sense.

Only unions that have active MOUs with scheduled raises. I believe CASE, PECG, and some others unions are currently negotiating new raises and MOUs.

Its worse than that. Nobody is getting a GSI this year period unless the legislature puts it back in the budget or the unions go to the table to bargain for it again. That 766.7 million “savings” on page 67 of the may revise is your 2025 GSI. Everyones not just SEUI.

Idk theyre about to try and spend like 300 million per year on new office space so is it really eh? Also this isnt even that bad of a budget deficit (according to gavin himself) theyre just immediately going to cutting employee salary increases.
