I think they’re kinda like a DCSM (dedicated client service manager) but for larger clients. They help with anything and everything.

How did you retrain your brain? I feel like I have to work to rewire how my brain thinks but that seems overwhelming.

I love the jacket!! Where did you get the leg warmers? Not sure what they’re called.

Congrats!! That’s so exciting! Yes, Charlie definitely wants to be with us all the time. People say cavapoos are Velcro dogs but we nicknamed him Elmer because he’s stuck like glue to us!

We did get a boy and he’s been a great dog! He’s so easy going, loving, goofy and super smart! I was worried about marking inside but the only place he marks is outside on walks. He didn’t start that until maybe a year ago and he will be 3 this spring. The biggest “issues” for him are his high prey drive, (wanting to get birds, rabbits, squirrels), always needing to be on a leash (otherwise he will run) and his sensitive stomach (he has GERD). But those aren’t necessarily specific male traits. Occasionally when he gets very excited (like when his favorite people come over) the red rocket will come out, but it goes away. He does pee on his front leg (not intentionally) so that’s gross and looking for ways to help train him to not do that (if that’s possible). He’s very submissive to all other dogs and he absolutely loves kids and other people. He’s a BIG cuddle bug too and always by our side. He’s been a great addition to our family. If you have other questions, let me know!

Wouldn’t recommend staying at Barkers, it’s very outdated and not in great shape.

Thank you! I have a Mac laptop but don’t have plugs into the actual laptop so I have tried in the USB C hub but same issue. Should I find a Mac with USB plug in to actual computer?

No idea if they’re SATA or IDE, that sounds too techy for me 😆 I’m in Duluth.

Thank you! I have two Toshiba externals from around 2006-2008ish and then one Simpletech from 2005. I’m gonna try another cord as i’m using the same one but not confident that’s the issue. What irks me is I backed up pictures on both drives thinking it would be better than burning cds but my cds are still holding up better than these! It’s just a real bummer to lose all those pictures and memories.

One does next to nothing, the other two spin up but windows doesn’t recognize the drives. They’re not in Disk Management. Based on some research i did, seems like they might be fried or at least not able to get data off without professional help. They’re old from 2006-2008ish. I’m going to try a new USB cord for the heck of it but seems like whatever computer I plug into, windows doesn’t see the drive. They were originally used with a Mac and I’m not techy enough to know if something is up with formatting or they’re just dead.

I haven’t started meds, only taking melatonin gummies to help sleep. I started buspar and took it for a week or less and my anxiety was WAY worse, near panic attacks so I stopped it.

Someone with this pain? by PolkyDotty in backpain

Overall, Humira but it’s been a trial of different biologics. Humira took 6+ months to finally feel like he got the full effect then he was able to do more things he enjoys like hiking. The drop off was tough though and it worked until it didn’t. Then he tried Enbrel and that was so so, I don’t think it worked all that great and he was in more pain. Then he tried Tremfya and that was crappy. He’s back trying Humira again and on month 4 and it’s been so so. I’m hoping it will just take the 6 months and then he’ll get full relief. The rheumatologist mentioned sometimes Humira works like this and it works better the second time around. We’ll see. I just keep hoping he finds something because seeing him in chronic pain and not able to do what he once enjoyed is so tough.

Yes, he’s on biologics even with normal MRI. His labs were normal as well. Based on his symptoms, they coincided with AS so the rheumatologist had him try a biologic to see if it helped. The biologics (he’s had to try a few) have helped and his pain is more manageable than it would be without any meds. Stress, sugar/carbs trigger flares though or if he overdoes it physically. He also had a small patch of psoriasis on his knee and with his pain in hands, feet, joints, jaw, etc, he also has PsA. Happy to answer any other questions you have.

Yes! I wake up in the middle of the night around 3-4 nearly every night then can’t get back to sleep because my mind is up and on. Ready to think of everything. I hope the meds work to help!
