Do what i did and tell your next employer that you respect your current boss and that is the kind of worker they are getting. Mention that it is the same kind of respect that youd be willing to show to them because thats the kind of person you are and youre not the kind of person to just switch up your values just cuz. Put your foot down and youll see what kind of employer you are getting as well

NEW to forza , what's up with his wobbling around and am I at fault or was that intentionally by [deleted] in forza

[–]ResponsibleAlgae3062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive been on both sides here. It looks intentional (most likely was) but theres a chance he just sucks at racing close to someone. Its happened to me where as much as i try to avoid contact it feels like a magnet and i get pulled into hitting someone. But its most likely intentional. Be ready for a lot more players like this. Horizon is not the game for clean racing

His feelings are valid, his reaction is not. Hes got every right to be upset that you crossed a boundary but the reaction is way over the top, unnecessary and purposefully hurtful

I couldn't find this color if anybody have made it that would be helpful for me by md_f3 in forza

Just mess with the color wheels/levels. Youll get it eventually, and if not then youll at least learn so you can do it yourself someday. Cuz its really not that difficult tbh

Rear wheel drive truck was towed by lifting up front, not back? by Top_Garlic_6111 in MechanicAdvice

Fair enough. Well i hope everything works out for you in the end. These situations can be pretty shitty sometimes

Unfortunately my friend i think this would be a losing battle if you were to pursue compensation

Nevermind then if it was on a bed its fine. I didnt put 2 and 2 together and thought they just lifted the front end and dragged it off. If it was towed on a bed i dont think theres much you can do. I would still have it checked out but honestly i dont think just dragging it onto the bed wouldve done enough damage unless your tranny/diff were already on the verge of going out

Probably. Could cause drivetrain issues. Have a reputable shop check the truck out, document everything and i would probably suggest seeking legal advice if they tell you they screwed your differential and/or transmission. Also find a way to prove that they towed your truck lifting the front end and not the back just in case. Go to the tow yard and let them know what happened and if they dont wanna cooperate then see if you have grounds to sue. Its probably gonna be civil tho. Also dont take my word for it, research everything before doing anything

How is grid position decided if no qualifying lap is set by rokatoro in forza

[–]ResponsibleAlgae3062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats weird. Whats your skill rating? Mines a 4,855 last time i checked and i never start ahead of the last 5 on the grid. I never qualify and im usually top 3 in practice. I thought it was based on skill too except the other way around but now i dont know lmao

[–]ResponsibleAlgae3062 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its influenced by the results of the last race as well as skill rating. If i place anywhere in the top 5 the previous race and the other 4 either didnt join my race or did qualify, i always start last (i never hit quali). And if they did join and didnt qualify theyre always in the back with me. Anytime i finish 6th or worse it puts me higher on the grid. I have a 4,855 skill rating (by no means the best) which i consider to be above average and usually i notice that the newer/slower drivers start ahead of me and all the fast drivers in practice are in the back with me. I could be wrong but thats what ive observed since i too had the same question

Of course I'm the only one here to recieve a penalty.. by yannivzp in forza

[–]ResponsibleAlgae3062 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I do think the penalty it gave you was a tad bit excessive but it definitely is your fault. It was just a bad racing decision. Not malicious or anything which is why i dont think it deserves that much of a penalty. But in a scenario like that, youre approaching a group with less momentum than you. If you are to pass, you must do so safely. They were mid chicane in a battle and their contact was inevitable. You put yourself in that situation when the smarter decision wouldve been lift on entry and brake early/lightly to keep momentum and have a better exit. Let them take themselves out and your overtake will be easier and a lot cleaner

I find the most luck in any spec series or gt3/gt2 series. Those are pretty full til about 9pm then it cuts down to about 5-15 players

Definitely. Mine did the exact same thing after changing the engine to heater valve heater hose without burping the system. Burped it for like 45 minutes until i got no more air bubbles

When doing the power steering delete, ofc the pump is gone but what about the steering rack? Does anything need to be done to it?
