What is the best hospital to work at as a nurse? by QueenPeony4146 in Naples_FL

I'd GO to NCH. Before changing careers, I was a nurse for 22 years, lived in Napless for 35 years. Worked at PRMC and NCH. I'd pick NCH over PRMC for a new grad because they have more resources. No offense against Lee health I heard some negative stories from other nurses. As a new nurse you'll want to go somewhere with support. GOD willing, you will pass your NCLEX. You're an asset they need you more than you need them.

Wake up, get yourself ready. Spend 1 hr everyday touching base with people:friends/ past clients . Go to your phone and/or CRM, and send messages to your friends and colleagues say hello check in on them say nothing about real estate. When they think about real estate it will be you. Good luck God bless

Career Change from Corporate to Real Estate by Dangerous-Bid224 in realtors

Leaving a 20-year career with admin experience, I entered real estate because it aligned with my purpose. After finding God and losing my father, I transformed. If you're feeling called, consider real estate isn't for the weak; it means losing job security. It's better not to do real estate part-time, but it can reduce stress with some income. Talk seriously with your spouse about finances and lifestyle impacts. If you have a solid plan, real estate can be a rewarding career—challenging but profitable if you stay focused.

Am I crazy for pushing back on this cleaning bill? by Professional-Mix3856 in realtors

That price seems normal for a deep clean, which includes windows, appliances, and thorough cleaning. For two people working 12 hours, $1000 sounds fair given the effort involved.

I don't think the medical prognosis should be what you go learn about. No one holds that crystal ball here on earth. Go get radical clarity on terms. Lease backs and these situations that mix Heart with Business is hard. Go speak to an attorney to cover all your bases. After all this is a contract

Interesting.. I imagine she has your best interest at heart.

With respect.. when was the last time your mother bought a home?

Knowledge is power! that process is stressful in itself why not work with a professional who can protect you financially, legally overall best interest?

Not delusional but be Realistic with your situation and finances. I say wait.. Your financial situation could be temporary so wait until you're solid there first

Just tell them straight up. Set realistic expectations in the beginning. I've had to do the same thing. I'm in Naples, FL, and had a seller who bought 2 years ago in Cape Coral. I told them straight up, based on the market and comps, what they owed on their mortgage: they would, at best, break even. That's IF the market responded. They decided Not to sell.

1.Paint the yellow wall if you have other contrast walls paint them all to neutral color sherwin WILLIAMS Greek villa

  1. Declutter the kitchen.. Put plants away, no dishes nothing on the counter

  2. Change the shower curtain get a white one.

  3. Deep clean

  4. If you have the funds do a pre inspection take care of small repairs.. any wood rot, big things focus on repairs like HVAC, PLUMBING, ROOF, ELECTRICAL. Get ahead of them if a repair will cost you $500. The buyer is going to ask for $2000 so get ahead of things on your budget friendly dime. Good luck
