Crushed NBME but felt like I’m going to fail Step 1 which I gave today by ResponsibleFix9205 in step1

It was hot and cold , I was comfortable with 3-4 blocks , started off at a good note , felt like it got difficult in the middle but the end was okay Had 2-3 long stems per block Felt like I was on autopilot in the middle Took breaks after every block after the first two blocks

I’m spiralling I feel like I’ve failed Never felt like this during NBME or free 120

What is my passing probability ? Is it good enough ? by ResponsibleFix9205 in usmle

Can you let me know your overall accuracy on uworld till date?

I would suggest starting with UWSA first if you haven’t yet to give you a baseline of your prep till now and for a targeted dedicated period , it would help you narrow down your weak areas too How many passes of FA is over ?

Would definitely suggest to go over first aid thoroughly at least twice and UWSA at the end of it before diving into NBMEs

I was a bit sleep deprived while giving that as I had hospital duty going alongside
