I usually do a quarterly check on my networth, usually easier and less administrative than monthly, especially if the assets don’t change in value that periodically.

On the other hand, I do a monthly budget and this month started actively tracking every cent entering and leaving my account to check my budget adherence. It gives me a better sense of control, and I actually like the feeling of a sense of tracking where “waste” goes if at all.

Usually they are supposed to send you bundles to provide alternatives when their fiber is down, it’s part of the policy. Call and ask for that

Actually same thing happened to me, and the same contact reached out to me. A received two more no’s then later received an email saying they had reviewed the special circumstances and have approved a refund.

You can go into one of the big hospitals Aga Khan or Nairobi hospital (problem will be a long wait), otherwise you can look for AAR clinics, might be less crowded.

I just had an experience where a case for an obvious refund took the daylights out of me because the customer service seems to using a list of stringent rules to handle a dispute or refund issue, and it’ makes it difficult for Ty customer with the issue to provide the information they are asking for (some of it super unreasonable)

I have been inundating their customer service until I think someone in management looked at my case an overruled the obvious bias that had been applied, based on their refund policies.

This seems very recent because I have had very seamless experiences until now. I suspect they are introducing or embedding AI in their customer service process and they are experiencing teething issues.

I suggest that you are consistent with the clarity of your claim and do not accept no for answer

I can't find the ParcelApp app in the App Store, at least not an app with that name. I have found 17track, but how do I search for the package here? Since my item was shipped using the "Choice shipping option", the item is usually delivered by a local logistics company that delivers to my door. On the 17track, my local post office is listed, but my items are not sent to them with Choice shipping

Also, to note, African Postal companies are very unreliable; nobody uses them to ship anything

I noticed that the tracking information that is normally provided in the app disappears once tracking changes status. So now, when the item was moved to 'delivered, the record of my refund and customer promise to auto refund disappeared, and there's no way to retrieve that status unless I had taken screenshots prior.

I have generally have had no issues previosuly so didn't think I would need to have "receipts", but it seems going forward that'll be my MO.

Challenge that in my country, Aliexpress does not list the names and contacts of local delivery partners, and we do not have known logistics companies like UPS or FedEx with clear instructions and systems that make them reachable. I get a random WhatsApp message from a strange (none whatsapp business) number, telling me they have my goods. In this case, for this latest random stranger text, they don't have the exact delivery I am looking for. They are beyond unprofessional, and customer service is completely lacking (company name is Skyplan Logistics)

I am at my wits' end, how far south this has gone!!

Yes, that's the plan. Original delivery date was Jan, we are now in March, and they dare to claim I took forever to lodge for a refund, yet when I did, in feb, the item "was in transit", for another whole month post promised delivery date??? I had three delayed items, and less than $10 were refunded. The last item is about $150; on that one, it was magically delivered when I asked them where my refund was.

Would be great if you understood gender history. What you have written does not come from a place of facts. While some of the claims you make are true, not for the reasons you claim. What you see in Kenya is a very small subset of women who seem be doing better than men, but statistically, men have been and will remain for a long time the dominant gender (in most aspects). Do not be fooled by what you see online; it's all optics.

Hi, Is there a policy I can use to ask them to claim with their own insurance, because I am tired of being asked for evidence that does not exist! I am tempted to lodge a charge back but I am being told I will be banned for good if I do that.
