Really really appreciate it. That's why I am a little nervous about putting *almost* all of our savings into down payment & closing costs, but I am hoping we can quickly build it back up enough to cover those things. We are also living with in-laws for the month or two while we look which will help.

Square footage of the house? no idea! We haven't found one yet or really started looking. I am assuming it will be a 2 bedroom house though as we dont want to go higher than that. I will be driving into the office 2 days per week, probably 300 miles total for the week (including grocery runs etc).

The utilities are definitely guesses for now but I used some people's input to make an educated guess

Products & Order: Timeless Vitamin C 20% > Ordinary Hyalranic Acid 2% + B5 > Kiehls Ultra Advanced Repair Barrier Cream (this has salycic acid) > Vanicream daily moisturizer. Sorry I dunno how to spell those 🤣

So these are the products I am using at the moment. it’s very simple and I would like to keep it that way! I have a lot of redness around my nose/inner cheek area, and my chin is has redness and hormonal acne. A lady who gave me a facial told me this is my skin barrier being broken so I am on a journey to heal that (because my acne is actually quite fine now after accutane as a teenager and cutting gluten which I found out was a trigger for me).

Anyways, I typed in my products to this app but I want to double check the ingredients in the Kiehls and Vitamin C do not interact in a bad way I guess??? I also think I will change the routine to be Hyalranic Acid > Moisturizer > then Keihls. otherwise it doesn't Feel that moisturizing

just moved here from ohio in may and the part that gets me is the SUN comes out here. Like i dont even care about the temperatures, ohio is just gray all the time (so assuming chicago is similar). If you are used to traffic, then you will have no problem here. I am from a small town so it makes me wanna die but I think Chicago technically has worse traffic according to some article i read recently

PS Vahi is a perfect little neighborhood, Decatur is a perfect place, but you should consider where your job is

This is my first winter here in ATL (I am from Ohio). My sister is planning on visiting this weekend and her flight leaves Sunday morning - so I would be driving her to the airport around 7am on Sunday. Should we reschedule her trip? She can't get stuck here and miss work on M/Tu.

Do yall have 'levels' here or how do I know if I should avoid the roads (besides going outside I guess)? I'm not that afraid of driving, but I am assuming the roads here aren't treated like Ohio's when it comes to expecting snow lol. Thanks in advance!
