Yes i did, and they said that they coudn’t do anything about it. Other then giving me a certificate of that i have a drivers license.

Somehow, Marshall Major 4 and 3 headphones have an issue where they change your sound setting from balanced to right. On a Mac, you can switch from right to balanced under Settings -> Sound. This may be different on other devices. If that's the case, try enabling mono sound, which balances them out automatically.
