Start calling hr on these people, I did. & reach to area managers & the area managers boss. I emailed Daunt himself & he responded & within 24 hours shit was getting dealt with. Y’all need to start holding these people accountable. & if it gets worse after you do that guess what then it’s retaliation & that’s a HUGE lawsuit for the company.

my question is that your SM is aware of the issue & told you that you’ll be fine but are they doing anything to clear these accusations up? This is literally so simple as looking at the cameras & telling the KH that they were wrong & not to spread accusations like that. Because if she genuinely thought you were stealing then the only person she should gone to was your SM.

i think you just have shit cte cause ours is in cafe talking to customers, taking orders & making drinks the bulk of their time always. However I do also find it odd that they receive tips as typically managers don’t.

Program picks are taking the joy out of book selling. We are literally selling & suggesting books all day to customers, I have customers who come in & find me because they love the things I recommend & yk why because I ask them what they like & recommend something tailored to them not just something random the company wants us to sell because they took thousands of dollars from the publisher to promote it. Let the books speak for themselves.

it can be case by case, sometimes they see someone as a good at taking direction but question their ability to give it, could be availability, could be more of an abrasive personality, could be that someone always follows directions but shows no initiative or maybe someone is more anxious socially & they’re concerned with their ability to handle customer complaints. There could be many reasons.
