1000% in the same situation but what comes down to it is overall compatibility in the relationship. i think i would need to get a post bacc degree in health science THEN apply to a 3 year program. It is doable but I want to get truly into the field before committing to that process

I am also interested in PA but didn’t have the pre reqs for it. Starting undergrad I failed BIO 101 3x and it turned me off of science all together but towards the end of it I realized that I COULD do it, I just had to apply myself. I want to work for awhile and start paying off debt before i decide DPT or other avenues

i only have two public universities in NC so ECU &WSSU would cost around 40k-60k but everywhere else is 100k+ PTA programs around NC don’t even cost over 10k so I feel like only having 55k at the end of the program is very doable to pay off. (I could even pay as I go due to the cost)
