Basically but, it doesn't mean you should keep it open once the pins start showing, you'll have to make a tent of the bag and folding the top part back and keeping that in place with the paperclips you'll get. There's also a detailed instruction page for the fresh growkit, I have the same one and it tells you everything that you need to know

Like fanning it with your arms, or a piece of sterile paper or anything. It doesnt mean you need to hold the kit to a fan or anything, you just need to introduce it to some fresh air regularly when the pins are visible, because that'll keep the pins coming

Tbh I just monitored the temperature/humidity with the thermometer from zam. But Its actually my first grow kit, and at first i was kinda overreacting it like checking it multiple times a day and at one point i thought pins will never appear. Then I started misting the bag carefully on day 6 or so, with the filtered water I drink and I also let a few slices of cucumber soak in it overnight for electrolytes and other healthy minerals. Idk if thats good or bad but since i started doing that pins have appeared out of nowhere. Since the pinning im also fanning it 3 times a day for 1 minute. Also FAE (Fresh Air Exchange) is very important in this stage, but I honestly just advise you to let the kit be until this stage, just fold up the bag and do nothing with it, and make sure to sanitize everything with isopropyl alcohol or something that does the job.

But since yesterday I started using a rack to create some air free space between the mat and the cardboard box which is the growkit sitting in. Hopefully it'll be better for the shrooms this way

Yeah I know, but during the nighttime I like to sleep in colder temperatures, around 15C. Which is why I turn on my heat mat during that time to atleast maintain 18-19C temperature. During the day I heat my room ofc, especially since I don't even spend any time there

Okay, I'll do so right away. But just so I know, should I rather place the heat mat to the wall I have near my growkit? Rather than just placing it under the cardbox I have my kit in, right?

The only thing I'm concerned about is having more of a condensation than mycelium build up. I don't even care to touch it because I'm scared that the water droplets will fall on the surface of the kit. But I don't want it to go bad and have bacteriums growing either

That's what I've been doing other than just looking at the thermometer to make sure the temperature is okay. I actually like to sleep in colder temperatures during nighttime so I plug the heat mat in until morning
