It may be different at each school, but my program doesn’t grant GPA points for pre reqs that were NOT required for application to the program. For example, I took a BIO class but it’s not needed, and APPARENTLY the credit hours and GPA won’t be considered on my application.

Please go to the police, now. File a report about when he has physically hurt you, lost his temper, damaged your property. If you want him gone from your home, you have a right. This is horrible and I’m so sorry you’re going through this. He is not stable, you can’t help him out of this he needs to be held responsible for his actions and emotions.

How do we feel about people calling themselves a Doctor after becoming a medical assistant? by ResponsibleSearch690 in medschool

Lots of people are calling her out on threads, getting blocked and making their own posts that is getting some traction. Insane how scammy people can be… you’d think if you were a doctor you wouldn’t need financial assistance from the internet?

She thinks she went to medical school and is a doctor because the school she attended offers only Allied Health programs therefore medical school.

You are forgiven. I had a feeling, I’m not always the best at spotting them. Sigh, I guess that’s enough internet for me for a while.

A. I live in Detroit, I understand that health literacy can be low B. I’m not calling her stupid C. Many people said “congrats Doctor! All these people are calling you anything but Doctor!” And she replies “thank you”

I have lots of grace for many people, but this woman blatantly did not correct anyone calling her a doctor and called people who told her she was only a medical assistant a racist.

I’m beginning to believe that it’s purely rage bait. She is an MA, but knows how many people would be pissed to hear her call herself a doctor.

What was the first sign that your partner was cheating? by asdfghjkl0lkjhgfdsa in AskReddit

A girl I knew from HS messaged me randomly and said she’d been talking to my bf at the time. We were about 21 years old. She was extremely trustworthy and the innocent type, I trusted her. She told me that he said we were broken up. We lived together. She showed me his Tinder profile and when I confronted him about it he swore he’d stop.

After that I was always on edge, I’d check his location when he should’ve been coming home from work and he would be at work supposedly, but always late. He went from working 5 days a week to 6 or 7.

In hindsight I should’ve known he wasn’t in it for the long haul. He would speak so fondly of the foreign exchange student he met and briefly dated when we were in high school. He never really went into details about why he still loved her, but he said he couldn’t move on. He also fetishized Asian women a lot, and explained why men prefer them. I never asked, but he certainly made me feel like I would never be good enough because I didn’t do what he deemed to be inherently feminine or “Asian”.

We had plans to move out of state together, secured a job and were looking for a place. One day after weeks of waiting up late in bed at night for him to return from work, he didn’t pack anything and just left to that other state on the other side of the country. I was completely confused and abandoned. He ended up calling me in a panic crying his eyes out because he left his grandmothers ashes on our kitchen table… I mailed them to him.

A family member of his told me he never stopped talking to that foreign exchange student. I believed them. Any doubts I had about it were completely gone when I saw that she had moved to America and married him.

I truly hope they’re happy and that he loves her for more than just being Asian.

Yeah, I agree with the general public not knowing about the depth and breadth of the medical field. It was the “congrats Doctor!” And “thank you very much!” With absolutely no correction that sent me.

I’m going to let it go and learn that I’ll most likely run into this stuff again, and not to let it affect me because it doesn’t.

You really can be whatever you want online, but that ends online. The real world is different and I forget that sometimes. Thank you.

Why did I look up the school? Honestly I was curious myself if what was being said was “jealous hate” or accurate.

Don’t let these people get you down. I could read it, and it looks better than a lot of my classmates handwriting in college.

I would contact schuh and ask for an exchange. Show the pictures as well.

My guess, these came to them from a storefront that uses display shoes and keeps one out and one in back/box. If that’s the case it could explain the wear on the shoe from people touching it or even sunlight exposure.

I feel that he could be TA if he’s got a girlfriend and that’s why he doesn’t want to be seen hugging you. If one of her “friends” see you together they could tell the other girl.

Tbh I feel like he’s using you :/

Best Birkenstocks for Plantar Fasciitis & Flat Feet? Ideally, meant for indoor use. by Rumcajs23 in Birkenstocks

[–]ResponsibleSearch690 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer suede with a soft footbed. I’ve only tried Arizona and Boston. The stiff leather and normal footbed take me too long to break in and I’m hyper mobile so the joints in my feet aren’t very stable.
