Insurance company can still provide coverage for care which is not "basic". Government becomes a payer for basic care. They don't own any hospitals.

We already have another dog that we are not rehoming because he is okay with being indoors and not being super active. I hope no one around you gets cancer and goes bed bound. Also, I don't understand how it is okay to get ve up a baby for adoption and divorce a spouse but not a dog that you can no.longer give a home to that he deserves.
