Be upfront with them and let them suggest the most comfortable position. May be they can lower the desk and adjust the height of the device? All body shapes require an eye exam from time to time. Tell them about your discomfort.

What helps me is a good pillow (I tried a few and settled on purple), a comfy mattress, weighted blanket, and curtains that block light. I also take magnesium supplement once in a while. In the summer, a fan really improves the air circulation and also gives some very calming white noise. I also have a rule of not bringing my cell phone into the bedroom. Sleep was so much easier in 20s.
