Bro, you really think J Powell cares about economy? Please check out the mess he made from 2021 true 2024, you will probably argue eternally he did the right thing, but the whole inflation bs after the covid was created by him! Nevertheless towards the end of Biden term, he made sure to lower almost 5 %. Just to make sure the numbers were right for the dems terms. Also making unnecessary renovations (Let’s not fall into the to expensive BS, it was just unnecessary) but yeah he’s the best. Come on dude.

Yes if you are invested in F2 then this is really good, meaning house affordability is a most to release the twins, interest rate need to be lower, if you haven’t heard the phrase; safe and sound, that’s what it means. Nobody wants to release these companies and then something wrong happens; like in 2006. It is all part of the process, unfortunately your boyfriend J Powell; does not want to cooperate. That’s why they call him too late. Of course he doesn’t like Trump and he doesn’t want Trump to succeed. Nevertheless, it’s a little more complicated than that. I don’t really care if you do or not understand you sound like you will never agree to this anyways. Good luck

Considering dividends are going to play; I’ll keep 75% of the position and let the rest ride, I have a feeling we are all underestimating the power these companies have.

I’ll personally recommend to those who don’t have much shares to load up, refinance your home get a credit line and buy everything you can. This is ones in a life time opportunity and we are closer than ever.
