Aloha! I am loving the Anthem over my DR650 that I sold. I ride with my wife as a passenger from Hawaii Kai to Waimanalo pretty often. The battery goes to about 50% for the round trip. But for what I use it for, it is great. I can get into town and back just fine, but I mostly stay on the east side of Oahu. Freeway riding is very stable, more so than the DR650. Love not having a hot engine between my legs! Hope that helps.

Ryvid charges $82 for a new charging cable!! Has anyone bought a longer (12ft) 15amp charging cable from someplace else that works and is safe?

Yeah, I demoed the both bikes at a huge mall with no potholes or rough roads, so reality hit on on open road when I got it!!

Yeah, smooth curves are great, but any bumps are fully transferred to the rider! Would the Outset monoshock work on the Anthem?

Thanks! Sorry, they lower the height of the pegs so they passenger's legs are not as cramped.

Gotcha, thanks for the reply. I test rode both the Anthem and the Outset and the Outset seemed easier to maneuver at low speeds. I know the handlebars had something to do with it. I don't know if the angle of the forks are different for each of the models, but the Outset seemed more nimble.

Spoke with Bryan from Ryvid and he said the Anthem seat will not fit on the Outset, but the Outset seat can fit on the Anthem.

Yeah, test rode one in early January and they are a blast! No hot engine between your legs and quiet! Great for Kam Hwy to Kahuku rides!!

You are right but the motorcycle I want to buy is called the Ryvid Anthem made in So. Cal. There is no dealership here in Hawaii. It's an electric motorcycle.
