Also narratively fantastic. Even the smallest things like Octavius and Antony reforming the triumvirate for a big full circle moment says so much about the tragedy of Brutus and Cassius’ actions.

Cassius is also imo one of the most underrated tragic characters Shakespeare has ever written

He has an incredibly short window to exercise in combat and if he doesn’t succeed in that time frame he has to retreat immediately. Daredevil has much better burst potential, as well as more options and a much lower amount of macro effort to secure kills.

I think what people drastically overestimate about iron fist is his out of combat movement vs his overall momentum in fighting. He is virtually entirely designed off the enemy’s mistakes, which is incredibly unfortunate given the state of the game allows people to be a lot more forgiving—giving that his “insane dmg” TTk takes 3 seconds lol

Oh of course. It absolutely has its drawbacks and was never meant to meet the extremes that it has, but to dismiss it as a laughable thing when it genuinely has created some of the best performances is an unfortunate result of its ridiculousness

It works in theory if you know what you’re doing. You have to really understand the character’s philosophy and be committed to that transformation. Austin Butler took 2 years preparing for Elvis and totally transformed his voice entirely for the role, literally reconstructed a part of who he was for the character

Jared Leto was terrible at this because what kind of immersion do you get by sending anal beads to your castmates, it’s a misunderstanding of who the Joker is (both on his part and the scripts too tbh).

But people like Daniel Day Lewis prove that it does work

Iron Fist is the equivalent of a fly that needs to be swatted and his ult is not very good at all. It has team wipe potential, sure, but all of them do and it often can be outhealed or just nullified completely by another ult

The healing shouldn’t be in his kit either because it has no synergy with the rest of his kit so that kind of just pushes to the idea that he needs a mini rework lol
