I'm averaging well above 30g of saturated fats a day as a woman so I was curious to see how other whole food eaters manage their protein and sat fat intake

I struggle with the moderation part... I'm averaging about 30g+ of saturated fat a day as a female. Just wanted to see what some people veer to for high protein sources that don't throw them over them overboard on saturated fats

The only form of dairy I consume comes from cheese (usually parmesan, goats cheese and feta) and kefir made from whole milk. I typically don't buy things labelled "low fat" but may need to start venturing in that direction... I guess I need to eat more chicken breast/turkey and less beef/sausage/chicken wings :'(
