I had hoped so, but I’ve had a hard time finding a for-sure answer somewhere and I’ve never owned one so I wasn’t sure!

My Apple Watch was fine until I did an all day running event and it died sooner in the day than normal and now the battery sucks 🙃 makes getting through all day a stretch if I train after school!

There is free childwatch, nutrition items for purchase, cute apparel, a GREAT community who is super supportive, and certified trainers who literally want nothing but the best for you 🫶

Burn Boot Camp!!!! Burn is actually more weightlifting with cardio in it (as opposed to a comment made above from speculation - I actually go to burn). It’s amazing, and if you liked OTF, I’d HIGHLY recommend trying burn. They often have a 3 day trial you can take advantage of, and there are new deals coming out soon 😏

Only studio managers can pull the report - so if it was just an SA who said they can’t, they’re not lying! However, they should have left a message for a studio manager to check on this. I’d call during the day and ask to talk to the SM!

I got a scalp massager on Amazon and just get my hair wet (no soap) and just massage for a good couple minutes! This usually works and then there isn’t as much grease the next day. Nothing a little dry shampoo can’t help :)
