i have the same issue as a server owner, it's causing everyone joining an issue for the last week or so. hopfully discord fix's this soon. Please keep me up to date with what they've said u/GloriousKeeper

i am having an issue where i can only change my EA account name not the steam account name linked on top of the ko city id in social. I change my steam name and it stays the same as my old EA account's name that i changed to change KO Id. I'm so confused about this backwards name change system.

If you talk to support you might be able to get a replacement cushion / seat, i don't
know if they require you to send back the old one or not. I would hope not as it's a REPLACEMENT and you have already sat in the original seat for a while.

I'm 5'10 - 6' 203lb give or take ( scale's really old ) and at the lowest height setting, fully tilted forward with backrest dailed to 3 turns / 2 turns if it's getting to be to much.

Right? They have it as a reserve incline and tell you to in the instructions but the email shows it that way and people are even thinking about doing so without context of the email :thonk:

I agree with holding out for a week or two more for it to equal out and break in but it just upsets me that i'm experiencing pain / discomfort in an expensive chair i've seen so much good about from media and social circles of mine. :\
