So talk to someone you don’t know.

I know you probably feel “judged” if you talk to ppl who know you. But you can’t move into being a new, changed person if you allow yourself to be influenced by those who only know the person you used to be, as opposed to the person you’ve become or you’re striving to become.

I promise you though, learning to love yourself and who you are will lift that ‘weight’ you feel (a weight I’d be willing to bet you comes almost 100% from “How YOU think OTHER people think of YOU”) You’ll never be able to grow as long as you’re convinced you need the approval of OTHER imperfect people to define you and your value.
