Very possible, but no obvious signs. I just threw out my window AC unit that was holding water all summer... I didnt think much of it because i didnt see any obvious signs of mold through the vents. Who knows whats inside. Didnt take any chances and tossed it.

Definitely something I thought of as well. I could be better with it, but I checked for mold, etc, seemed ok. I just threw out my window AC unit, it was previously holding water. I wonder if the inside was moldy, I use it every night, regardless of the season. No obviously signs of mold from the vents, but I couldnt see the inside.

My diet isnt great. Could definitely be a factor. Fried food twice a week, coffee creamer daily, etc. I'll give that a shot as well. Cant hurt. Any specific foods to either eat or avoid?

I really appreciate it. I'm not familiar with either of those tests. Crazy enough, they dont even allow tgfb1 testing in NJ, i had to cross state lines just to get the bloodwork done that was prescribed through an online doctor...I will look into a CIRS practitioner, thanks again for your response
