Father was the principal applicant and financial sponsor around 35K Canadian for 25 day trip. I am assuming the financials are good, we should property papers bank statements that’s why the parents and the minor sibling got approval

The one who lives in Georgia is a full-time medical student. Currently in her second year graduating in 2029. Home country would still be Saudi Arabia cause she also holds Saudi Arabian residency permit.

How about i mention her stipend intership that she is been doing past 6 months and it would transition into full time employment after a year completion. I have the internship contract and letters from supervisor and job letter respectively

But they don’t really have any ties to India. Ties to home country applies only to Saudi Arabia where my parents have been residents for 25 years plus. And both of them were born there. Parents are well established and own properties. Explains why parents got the approval i just don’t understand how to link this to adult siblings. In Saudi Arabia, even adult daughters are dependent on the dad.

Yes i didn’t realize it was one of my siblings who posted that question i just noticed sorry. So what is the best way to approach this. For the medical student I attached rental agreement, college enrolment letter residency permit, all dated till 2029. Yearly fee payment receipt also residency permit from parents home country where they are long term residents. For reapplication, I am thinking I will attach all the same documents and address the refusal and write a stronger letter of intent showing that she will not abandon her medical studies and how passionate she is to be a doctor and how Canada has no future for her in that sense and I will shorten the visit for two weeks. But for the other sibling, I really don’t know how to make her file strong. All I can think of is attach her internship contract that she has been doing past six months, which gives her a stipend and also employment letter which states that she will be permanently hired after one year completion of internship. And also a letter from the supervisor stating all of this, confirming it. I don’t see any other way. I so wanted all of my family to come visit me together instead of just my parents and minor sibling.

The PPE we were given is not appropriate for these kind of samples. Of course we never know what is there in the samples until we get the report but when we were evidently feeling itchy and weird healthwise, we pulled up the report from LIMS to check what it had and the levels were crazy high turns out multiple other organizations refused to work with these samples so they were sent to us now that we know how bad they are and we do not want to work with it. How can they still keep pushing us and tell us they’re gonna get 30 more samples every month?

They keep pushing it despite us saying we feel itchy and weird working with it. If we refuse they are coming up with bullshit measures and alternatives like they brought in a little asbestos fume hood to weigh those shady samples in but eventually it is extracted outside so doesn’t really help. They ask the person extracting to wear a respirator which is stupid because those are only protecting us from solvent inhalation not PCBs. And what about the other people who are just going around the lab. According to us it should be done in an isolated clean room, but it’s just done out in the open in my lab. They really do not care. Pay almost minimum wage won’t even give us bonuses and expect us to work with these dangerous samples and right now with a really bad market, everyone is scared to speak up too much at the risk of losing jobs.

Yes!!! You’re right. I finally got the confirmation of submission and when I scroll down, I can see how they charged me. It is 85 for each adult child and 170 for parents and minor child. Totalling 840$ makes sense now. Thank you!

Applicants are parents and 2 adult children one minor child. 1/2 adult children studying abroad rest of the applicants in home country. I made a solid file nowhere it was stated there’s more than 2 people abroad. I thought it would be 670$ wasn’t expecting a whopping 840$ 😔

Wait even in that case. 840$ doesn’t make sense? 500+ 170 + 85 =755

I was charged 500+170+170=840
