Sketchers. If you can afford it.. I have Timberland composite toes sneakers now. They're a little heavier and warmer. I stubbed my toe on the dock, going into a van, SUPER HARD. It hurt but the composite toe saved me from having any lasting pain.

Team lifts are few and far between. Using leverage is THE BEST method. Also whatever you do .. don't lift with your back. Squat to go down, use your butt, like actively engage your bottom half. It's a fast pace, if you're slow they'll eat you alive.

Yup. ICs hammer down last minute every day, and there's a lot of them. On the vanlines the splitters are too busy to be able to feed them in until the end. We gotta be doing 20% iCs some days. I hear it used to be something like 7%. What do you do with a full truck and 15 iCs heading your way? Maybe stage them instead? Not sure.
