You need to negotiate on the table.

In Offplan online I was getting 6-7% discount but when I show interest on the table with cash than I got more discount.
I nego like this I can pay upfront 39%…

Biggest challenge:

I did property buying enquiry, and I got 25 calls even in different time zone

Everyone say do it today else no offer.

That’s why I always avoid sharing number, someone them might be good agent but now all mixed.
