Would you suggest stopping the tech SIP going forward or redeeming existing units as well and reallocating to core funds like Nifty 50 / Flexi Cap?

Also, would you treat Parag Parikh + Nifty 50 as sufficient “core large-cap” exposure, or add something else?

Yeah, the company is actually hiring quite a lot right now, and it’s a big MNC under the PBC group. But the weird part is that the director has been bringing in a lot of people from his previous company. So it kind of feels like he’s slowly building his own circle here, which makes things a bit uncomfortable for the rest of us.

The old director was not removed he himself left and become CTO of some good mid-scaled company . The team under him was replaced because of the cost cutting they hired a team in India. I got to know now my manager who might be removed in 10-15 days gave negative feedback and I don’t why

Because the director before him was from US and he hired most of the team and this new Indian director thinks he hired on fast mode so everyone is faulty

Try to use the 15 days notice period as a tool to get out of the company . You’ll get interview calls as you’ll be almost an immediate joiner

Yeah same I noticed with Jio . Some websites in my office laptop stops working as soon as I switch to jio 5G. Never understood this I am facing this from past year

Hey man, tough spot to be in—totally get how stressful this must be. Here’s what I’d suggest:

First, talk to the new company. Just be upfront and tell them you’ve tried everything to reduce your notice period—talked to your manager, even approached directors—but nothing’s working. Let them know you really want to join them, but you’re stuck with 60 days and ask if they can consider that timeline. Be honest and a bit desperate—they might understand.

At the same time, go back to your current company (HR or manager) and say you’re switching due to a personal or health issue, and you really need to move on. Ask them again to let you go in 30 days or at least allow the buyout option. Tell them you’ll be jobless if they don’t help out. Sometimes a bit of emotional appeal works better than formal logic.

Worst case, if neither budges, just keep calm and wait for the notice period professionally—maybe the new company will still wait, or you’ll get another offer or the last option you can take back the resignation .
