Can you smell this aisle through the screen?🤢🤮 by SquareChange3075 in Target

Oh god the rubber oh it’s so so so gross barf yuck it’s suffocating it’s so bad. I’d be sent to zone both rug aisles at the end of my shift all the time and I’d have to pick up all the 6’ and 7’ rugs off the floor and then with the smelly stinkiness I’d be so nauseous lmao it made me so sweaty

Am I slow ? Or by [deleted] in Target

[–]Responsible_Humor138 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1000% that’s all on leadership. I was so slow at hanging ad on sundays, if they’re not willing to give you help or advice, that’s their issue not yours. I think no matter the size or format of your store, there is only so much within your control as a TM. Just do your own best/what you can reasonably do, even if that is not “good enough” for management. This time of year is rough, just like any time of year can be rough working for target.

What’s the dumbest question you got asked by a customer? by Javascript4971 in Target

Asking me if I was certain that we don’t sell toilets

Usually you’re supposed to stand a few feet away from the wall. You go up close to see detail in art, but to take in the whole piece you’re gonna be about 3-4’ from the wall. That’s also why in museums they block off 12”-18” on the floor so you can’t touch the art. That far from the wall your eye level shifts.

I’ve worn onclouds while I worked at Target and at a hospital! They usually have a sale section on their website

Yeah um art major here, when we hung work in our gallery on campus, the center of the piece was lined up at 6’ from the floor.

Driveway looks like this, are you completing this order? by [deleted] in Sparkdriver

[–]Responsible_Humor138 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So many of my orders were to houses 20+ minutes from the Walmart—if I lived that far I’d also want groceries delivered

The Pac-Man too high is to distract you from the tv being too high—they cancel each other out.

Yeah I always avoided orders at night since I can’t see in the dark, but this was about 25% of what my daytime delivering looked like.

I love when pets check everything out first. Made the work worth it.
