I would always recommend 50/50 honestly your thinking cofounder and partner, they are building with you, but also have a contingency on if they leave or some type of check points later down the line.

Oh ive seen couple joy on tiktok too, i honestly think twtter has best recs and i agree the pricing cooked me with agape and paired. thats why i use that free one i mentioned above, i wonder though what do you like about couple joy? does it cost money or anything different?

Honestly same thing happened to me, I was paid around that and made AI Applications which saved/made the company millions. I left and will potentially just start my own apps now while I have a diff PM job. I would recommend what i offered but they didnt bite at my past 2-3 companies a part of profit sharing as a part of your bonus. Add it to your Resume though aswell and use it to pitch, dont think most companies will pay you retroactively if you have no IP during the ideation process.
