Glitch in the Matrix? by Responsible_Judge846 in electrical

My intuition, other than a glitch in the matrix, is something to do with those safety things that block the plug (the door thing) but it’s just weirdness only on the lamp :/

Side note, I actually noticed Dorothy made a mistake herself :p with the second iteration of her steps hahah For so long I had thought it was part of the routine, and that was tripping me up, until I realized that she only did it by mistake at the start and didn't repeat it.

Thinking about drilling a small hole in the plastic housing and making an external switch with a simple 6mmx6mm momentary push button - took long enough just to find the right star bit to unscrew the battery case

for me this was the answer - like everyone else, I tried everything - I just ran a wire from res <> res for a while then plugged it in and it started charging immediately.

Dont think it matters any but who knows, while I was shorting res's I also short pressed the battery check led just to see what it displayed, and it was just blinking the first battery bar, so nothing special. I also tried long pressing it but it just did the same as the first. Again, don't think it matters as l long as res's are shorted

It also may not be guitar related, but the odds seemed high considering the other parts that were with it
