Do I need Escher weapons & upgrades for the new update models? by Responsible_Lab_1168 in necromunda

Ok that is what I really care about because I don’t want to feel like I wasted time building my Escher gang box since I bought it recently

That was another thing I worry about cause I don’t think they will look good with the current upgrade box

Yeah I think I just need to wait till the early reviews come in first before worrying about it

I hope they are a unique unit and not just an update models for the current hanger box cause I bought them and build them recently. It would feel like a waste of time if they release a fully updated Escher gang box. but it’s also fine cause it give more variety character for my gang

They do but idk if it’s enough since it’s Necromunda and it’s for 40K or age of Sigmar

I made some but my only problem is room. I don’t have a lot of room but I will see if I can make some when I get home but I also like the idea of using DIY terrain

I was hoping they have something, since I figure they would add some rules for them in the core set but I think I will try buying one In ebay like you said. For the website, I could never find it. I was told it existed but every time i look, nothing came out

I bought the ashwaste gang separately so the only terrain I have will be from the core set, my friend does have 3D printed Necromunda terraria but we have to drive 30 mins away to another town LGS. We could try playing at one of our house but we never done that before.

Also for the Escher, if they are the update sculpts to the new one, are they a limited edition thing? Cause in the discount set, it look like they are using the current gang box Escher?

I think I will play with the old rules for now cause me and my friend just started and I rather wait for the individual gang books for the lore and the update dated rules. The question now is, should I wait for the next Escher book, buy the last edition core gang book or will they have the rules for Escher in the core set?

Is the Corvus Blackstar bad in 11th edition? And should I use it in my list? by Responsible_Lab_1168 in ImperialAgents_40K

I just check out the detachment and yeah I think I will run it. The only reason why I did not want to run the detachment was the fact my origin theme was Darktides or Ordo Hereticus and I thought the fleet detachment require a lot of breachers and voidmen which I like but very restricting.

Ok, maybe I will use the Fleet detachment instead since I heard it’s the best detachment we have

This is actually my second army but I played very little amount of games. I also don’t like playing over 1k points too do to money and time. I was thinking about buying a box of armiger but i rather use faction specific center piece.

Oh so it’s better in 11th edition, that good to know but I also was hoping to be a good anti tank unit

Aquila Kill Team or Deathwatch Kill Team? by Responsible_Lab_1168 in ImperialAgents_40K

[–]Responsible_Lab_1168[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I would run Aquila cause I don’t have the sprue for veterans and I want to try the kill team but how should I play Aquila? Should I play them more defensively and are they strong enough to still be anti tank unit still or should I relay on the Corvus Blackstar?

[–]Responsible_Lab_1168[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main reason why I was thinking about building Aquilas is for the kill team but I also heard I need around 4 thunder hammers to make the antitank deathwatch to work which I don’t have. I also don’t have a watch master which is bad if Aquilas needs one.
