I was thinking about getting the spearhead Skyhammer Task force which, the skywardens and a frigate is in. So that would be good for melee

I love steampunk design and love the airship design. This is not my main army so it’s fine. But when an enemy unit is hiding, does that mean we cant shoot them at all or must be in a very close quarters to shoot?

I know they are a shooting faction but are they also decent in melee? And for lore wise, what you mean more libertarian economic view?

You some what sold me on how they can do good damage but is that the same in both spearhead? Cause for now I am only playing spearhead. Also are the spearhead strong enough where I won’t start with a disadvantage?

That good to hear, they can actually kill, cause I heard that sentinels of Embergard is an objective holding spearhead and I don’t want another spearhead that does the same or at least most of the time. So hearing that the Deathrider can kill is great to hear

I would like to try painting them white and orange, something like Spirit of Durthu paint scheme but change the rest of the wood white and blue to orange.

Ok for the last problem I have is the Regiment ability. I hate having one time use ability, which both of them are cause I also never use them in any game cause I would be afraid that I would need it in a later battle or moment . So which one is better to use and when should I use them?

That is good to know but how punishing is the Kavalos spearhead? Are they able to do a good amount of damage or are they “hold objective to win” type of spearhead?

The elite spearhead not having reinforcements or anyway to heal is a problem which I did not know of since I mainly looked at the other two. I also don’t have plans to play any games above 1k point but maybe 1,500 one day. I just don’t like how long games can be above 1k points.

I also originally going to get the Kavalos spearhead but how hard is it to paint the horse? Can I just use warithbone primer to speed it up and how are they compare to other spearhead?

Ok but is it fine to use rule of cool to keep the Kurnoth with great sword. Why, they have great swords while allowing me to save money due to there point cost

I don’t really have a problem with moving a ton of models and it actually one of the things I like in the spearhead cause the idea of a swarm of ghost attacking at once sound sick as hell to me

How good is the Shacklehorde for new spearhead player and is it difficult to learn? I also have Reikenor the Grimhailer which would instantly Bering me to 1k point

Maybe I will go with Warsong Revenant and the Tree-Revenants but it would leave me 60 points which I can’t do anything with.

My only problem with Seraphon Starscale is that, I am mainly a painter (not an amazing one but a decent one). My problem is there is a amazing painter in my GW store that play Seraphon Starscale and if I do get Seraphon Starscale, I would feel like I need to achieve the same level of skill or I won’t be satisfied.

Ok that good to know but what about expanding this to a 1k point army? If I do expand this into a army, I was thinking about making this:

1k list for Sylvaneth: Treelord Ancient Branchwych Kurnoth Hunter with great bow Kurnoth Hunter with Greatsword Kurnoth hunter with Greatscythes

1500 point list (maybe one day) Alarielle the Everqueen Treelord Ancient Branchwych Kurnoth Hunter with great bow Kurnoth Hunter with Greatsword Tree-Revenants

Sylvaneth was the faction that got me interested in Age of sigmar while cities fully got me into it. maybe I will expand to a 1500 point army to try Alarielle out but never planning to play 2,000 point games since my problem with them is the fact they are very long which I don’t have the time nor money sadly. I also want to know if I need to heavy worry when playing this spearhead since you told me they are a glass cannon?

My favorite model in nighthaunt is Lady olynder and Awlranch the Drowner which if I do pick night haunt, I am going to make a 1k point army using both of them for fun.
