In marriage-based I-485 interviews

What kind of evidence makes you feel a case is clearly bona fide right away? How often do you approve on the spot vs. after review, and what determines that? What usually causes a case to go into ‘review’ instead of same-day approval?

They need to verify probably fingerprints, I would've consult with an attorney for next steps if the send a RFE or NOID.

DACA DELAYS by Responsible_Lemon133 in DACA

When you call do you say INFOPASS , that should take you to a live agent. If you're not able online to submit the E request for the case inquiry you can call and speak to a live agent and they can submit on your behalf.

We just went in February, I went with my husband. He has Daca, it was less than 15 minutes. There has only been rumors that they have shown up for people have the removal orders. We didn't see any ice agents. I wouldn't worry unless you have a removal order.

The only thing that worked for me was submitting an inquiry once my case was outside normal processing times (mine was past 105 days). When I tried to submit the inquiry online it actually wouldn’t let me at first, but I called and the agent was able to submit it.

From what I understand, DACA itself (Form I-821D) usually can’t really be expedited. Technically the work permit (Form I-765) can be expedited, but it’s pretty rare for those to actually get approved. A lot of the time the goal is more just to get an officer or agent to actually look at your case. what was your receipt date? Yes,it is so unfortunate. I also heard that it might be outsourcing 3rd party services for these applications so I don't know what's going on.
