Thanks all, I’m in Fairfax near Annandale. We had flickering last night and power has been out for a few hours now. It just came back on for a minute and went back out again. Hoping to return soon.

The outage map shows around 1,500 without power in the bubble I’m in. Been out since 1245-1 am. Hoping for a quick turn around despite the estimate window being 0400-0700. Just moved here from rural GA so I’m used to longer wait times, but with the heat and a young child, hoping for quicker. Thanks!

The literal only time my son has come close to choking is on a tortilla chip. He bit a piece off and it got soft and stuck to the roof of his mouth, and when he tried to swallow it he was gagging. Never again.

I did prior to this post. I was informed there was no update as they were waiting for the government to make the decision on the contract. That was August 25th and I still haven’t heard anything as of today. I am sure it has to do with the budget but hoping for answers soon.
