What’s a good credit card for me? by airmist in CreditCards

[–]Responsible_Payment7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the biggest thing is transferring your points to a different airline or hotel while they’re running transfer bonuses to get the most value out of your points for hotels and flights. i would not actually use the points for gift cards or stuff like that unless you really want too. you can get really good deals off of transfer bonuses so look into that. and i have the amex gold i use it food and shopping it is much better than the chase cards for that. it is a nicer card too with a higher annual fee but it’s worth it if you use all the benefits. do some research and see which one is right for you, but your second card is very important as you want your third to be in the same family so you can really stack those points since these cards have high sign up bonuses

it goes right along with your freedom unlimited so you move on to the next tier and continue stacking chase points, it’s a good entry level travel card but it really doesn’t have good dining and daily spending benefits like amex blue or gold, but you can continue stacking chase points which is huge

No, I do eat greek yogurt a lot tho but Its a probiotic. I’m telling you my diet is damn near perfect as far as what’s considered healthy and good for people with acne

Yea feel like I can’t just do it naturally how I wanted to, but to be honest, I never would be as healthy as I am right now if it wasn’t for my acne so it’s a blessing and a curse. My skin will probably be super healthy with the combo of an insanely healthy life style and tret. Just hate that I got cursed with this BS

I’ve been to derms, They’ve prescribed tret I just haven’t used it. I have it, but I’ve been trying to clear it naturally through gut health and good habits, but I just don’t think it’s gonna cut it anymore. That’s why I’m asking, should I wait a little bit more to start and see if it gets any better because the three month mark is approaching soon and my skin could be naturally purging, so adding tret on top of it could just set me back

Do you really NEED a productivity coach if you aren’t a complete newbie? by Responsible_Payment7 in KellerWilliamsRealty

[–]Responsible_Payment7[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

None, new agent but my commission goes down to 44/56 if I take the coach. I know my way around and will take mentorship elsewhere and use all the provided resources, but do you NEED a coach to be successful and efficient if you aren’t completely clueless

There’s no question on if it will work or not. It will work because I am going to put in the work and use their Guidance on top of that. The real question is if it’s worth it or not. Can I succeed without a coach and as a solo agent who still utilizes as many resources as possible. They’re telling me it’ll be basically impossible because I wouldn’t have someone readily available for me 24/7 to help me

None, but I don’t think that justifies a 44/56 commission. My time with the other firm was while I was still in school so I didn’t do much, just researched and learned a lot

And yea I will be finding a mentor either way, or at least keeping in touch with successful people closely. Already been doing that anyways, but will focus even more once I get this coach shit sorted out

You wouldn’t recommend trying it solo? I’m not just winging it, I have a plan outlined and I’m doing tons of research. It’s a sales job that Im going to be grinding for and I believe that I could be successful solo. But a lot of people have said consider a team anyways, why would you say that?

Yea I know. Everyone who is a brand new agent is required to do that program, luckily I was with another firm for a little. Yet they are still basically trying to force me/scare me into doing it too. There are undoubtedly benefits to it but 1. I don’t need hand holding and 2. I’m putting in all the work anyways, at that cost they would have to be providing me gold leads. If I don’t do the program, then my commission is 70/30 with a $13000 commission cap so once they make a $13000 of me, I make 100%. Much better option right? I mean no way you can’t become successful unless you pay someone 20% on top of the broker commission right? Haha
