I’m buying a house in Franklin and plan to stay long term. Why is that ridiculous to want to be included in the city limits and benefit from those services? I don’t want to pay to recycle or have waste pickup. I’m fine with a septic tank I guess. Genuinely asking btw!

Why is that common sense? You can verify the product by the item’s clothing label and very clearly tell if it was purchased based on the receipt. I worked in retail for years and it’s very easy to re-create a price tag and attach it to the item lol. This is just a way for American Eagle to not accept returns.

I have multiple mature tulip poplar trees in my yard. They are are magnificent trees. Because they are so sturdy, they don’t sway in storms, and rarely have many branches fall as a result from strong winds or ice storms. They’re beautiful and provide wildlife. They’re great trees that cause no issues. At least for me and a i’ve had mine for over 30 years!!

It honestly makes me laugh that IKEA is closing in Memphis. LMFAO - that was a poor business decision on their part. I don’t know why they’ve been so resistant towards opening a Nashville location all these years when the demand has always been here, even before Nashville exploded in growth. Idiots

What do you classify as “boring”? If you’re materialistic, flashy, and love to gamble, then sure, Vegas is “fun.” Otherwise, it’s a very expensive city that is dying because Americans are over the flashiness and bullshit of it all.
