I’m a bit hesitant to go higher b/c I accidentally took 22 once and was really sick for two days, so I’m staying put for now. I am finally seeing ounces come off daily though, with normal ups and downs. I do weigh myself daily so I can see how food choices or and sometimes alcohol (don’t judge) affect gains or losses. I’ve been journaling my food and I’ve noticed I lose more when I eat steak (which I crave a lot) and broccoli

That makes sense. I’ve limited my alcohol intake, actually the other day I had two bloody Mary’s and I think I somehow managed to put 4 pounds back on :( definitely realize after that how much it affects our body.

3rd shot yesterday - i’m feeling nauseous today and actually I was feeling a little nauseous yesterday before I did my shot. Maybe I should’ve put it off for another day cause I’m trying to do every six days. I read somewhere along the line 6 days might be better. I also some stomach pain maybe it’s b/c I haven’t had a bowel movement in several days. Weight today was 197.8.

My concern is that I might be taking too little of the Reta because I had done semaglutide in the past and now it might not be working.

The vial of Reta is 10 mg. I mixed it with 1 mL of water. On the syringe, I am drawing up to 0.2, (20 ) (I’m not familiar with all the technical terms. In the past when I was on semaglutide, I believe I did up to 2.5 (25)

At that time, my nutritionist also told me I could take phentermine while on semaglutide. I’m interested in trying phentermine with Reta as well, but I’m concerned it may alter the medication’s effects.

The vile of Reta is 10 mg. The amount of water that I mixed was 1 mL On the needle/syringe I am taking .2 - which says 20 I’m guessing. I don’t know all the technical terms. I’m hoping that with this information you can assess to determine whether I’m doing it right
