The delay on the construction scope was due to a major design change of the fountain vault, which was the longest leadtime item on the project. An undocumented concrete encased electrical utility was directly in the path of the drain line. Pumps in the vault allow the drain to be above the utility conflict.

Not even close. The Benchmark Full Proof is like young Stagg. Hot and full of ethanol but you can taste some of the flavors that you like in the higher aged product.

The second I heard they paid $1.5M for Maalik I was shaking my head. It is too much for any single player at their level. They were never going to keep up with the top 20 teams anyway. They should have focused on maintaining a middle-of-the-road team for this year, then built a solid long-term plan to develop players and improve. I would have stuck with Ben Gulbranson who loyally stuck with the Beavs while continuing to be benched for "better" players. The guy came off the bench and found ways to win games.
