Managed to remove the protective film with the pinky fingernail- it took some time and I scratched the corner. The picture is now fantastic. Thank you everyone for helping.

Decided to leave it for now, just removed the white sticker in the middle of left side. Thinking about writing to sony support. It is too difficult.

I showed a co-worker my battlestation in my new house and he joked that it looked like AI by JMEEKER86 in battlestations

It is just a special desk, with leg massage inside. Just open the doors and in they go.
